Manager - Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated, results\-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B software sales, international client acquisition, and strategic business growth. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across global markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in closing B2B software and technology sales deals.
• Experience working with national and international clients, particularly in the India, US, UK, NZ and Australian markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship\-building, and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client business models, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
• Strong market research and strategic planning capabilities.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and enterprise accounts.
• Research target industries, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Analyze prospective accounts and identify key decision\-makers within organizations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Nurture and manage relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Monitor market developments and recommend strategic initiatives for business expansion.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to maximize conversion rates and business performance.
