We are looking for an experienced Manager – Business Operations to oversee business processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The candidate will be responsible for process management, performance monitoring, and implementing operational improvements to support business objectives.### **Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and streamline day\-to\-day business operations.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic performance updates.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and operational targets.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and cost optimisation.
• Support management in business reviews and operational planning.

### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 5 –8 years of experience in Business Operations, Business Process Management, or Operations Management.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, or Technology industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of process management, SOP development, and workflow optimisation.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Admin operation experience in Edtech and Experience working with the COO Office, CEO Office, or Founder's Office.
