We are looking for a Manager – Strategic Growth \& Operations to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with leadership and cross\-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, analyse business performance, and ensure effective execution of organisational goals.### **Key Responsibilities**

• Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and track execution.
• Analyse business performance, revenue trends, and key operational metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross\-functional teams to execute strategic projects.
• Monitor business targets, project milestones, and key deliverables.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend data\-driven solutions.
• Support leadership in business planning, performance reviews, and special projects.

### **Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 5–8 years of experience in Strategy \& Operations, Business Strategy, Strategic Growth, or Business Consulting.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, or Technology industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Understanding of business growth strategies, revenue models, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently.

• Experience working with the COO Office, CEO Office, or Founder's Office.
• Exposure to strategic business projects and leadership\-level initiatives.
• Understanding of P\&L management, business planning, and revenue growth.
• Experience in scaling business operations within an EdTech organisation.
