Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Retail \& Commercial Leasing Executive** to join our Commercial Leasing team. This role offers an opportunity to work on **malls, high\-street retail, commercial spaces, and shop leasing** across **Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Greater Noida**.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end leasing of retail and commercial properties, including malls, high\-street locations, and shops.
• Generate and convert leasing opportunities through business development and market networking.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with developers, landlords, tenants, retailers, and brands.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and lease negotiations.
• Perform market research, rental benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate lease documentation and ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide an excellent client experience.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and CRM updates.
• Achieve individual and team leasing targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–8 years of experience in Retail Leasing, Commercial Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, and Greater Noida commercial property markets.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing assignments simultaneously.
• Proactive, target\-oriented, and customer\-focused approach.
