We are seeking a highly motivated and result\-oriented Manager – Sales to lead business development activities and drive revenue growth across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and achieving sales objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives
\* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned territory
\* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and key stakeholders
\* Conduct product presentations, commercial discussions, and negotiations
\* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
\* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates
\* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support and order execution
\* Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's expansion plans
\* Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\* Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
\* 8–10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
\* Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Concrete Equipment, Building Materials, or related industries preferred
\* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business opportunities
\* Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management
