We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive – Human Resources (HR) to support and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a people\-centric approach, and the ability to work closely with employees and management to drive organizational effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
\* Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires
\* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
\* Support performance management and employee development initiatives
\* Handle employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
\* Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and HR operations
\* Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for employee\-related data and documentation
\* Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
\* Address employee queries and provide HR support across departments
\* Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management review
\* Support policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
\* MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification
\* 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources and HR Operations
\* Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
\* Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
\* Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
