• *About the Role**

We are looking for a confident and energetic **Marketing Executive** with excellent communication skills to manage inbound inquiries and generate new business opportunities. The candidate will interact with fashion designers, boutiques, garment manufacturers, and apparel brands across India to promote our fabric collection.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. IndiaMART Lead Management**

• Handle all incoming IndiaMART inquiries promptly.
• Contact prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand customer fabric requirements and provide product details.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team whenever required.
• Maintain daily follow\-up with interested customers.
• Update inquiry status and customer information in Excel/CRM.

• *2\. Business Development \& Customer Outreach**

* Build and maintain a database of

• Fashion Designers
• Boutique Owners
• Clothing Brands
• Garment Manufacturers
• Export Houses
• Textile Traders
• Reach out to prospective customers through:
• Cold Calling
• WhatsApp Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Introduce the company and generate business opportunities.
• Follow up regularly to convert prospects into customers.

• *3\. Sales Coordination**

• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the internal sales team.
• Share product catalogues, quotations, and samples.
• Maintain customer records and follow\-up reports.

• *Company USP to Promote**

• **No Minimum Order Quantity (No MOQ)** – Customers can purchase fabrics in any quantity.
• Wide range of quality fabrics.
• Quick customer response and personalized service.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent English, Hindi \& Gujarati communication skills.
• Fluent speaking and convincing ability.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Strong follow\-up skills.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Email, MS Excel, and Internet.
• Positive attitude with customer\-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries.

• *Preferred Candidate**

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Marketing.
• Experience in Textile, Fashion, Garments, Boutique, or Fabric industry will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• *Education**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/Marketing is an added advantage.

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: Mon\-Sat (10 am \- 7 pm)
