Marketing Communication and Public Relation Specialist

• *POSITION OVERVIEW:**

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Communication Manger to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our corporate LinkedIn account, supporting email marketing campaigns, and assisting with various administrative tasks, primarily focused on annual conferences and CEO retreat held in the US. This role is crucial in ensuring our online presence is engaging and our internal events are well\-organized.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

· Primarily focusing on annual conference, annual CEO retreat and monthly / bi\-monthly local market CEO Roundtable events.

· Manage and maintain our corporate LinkedIn account.

· Post weekly updates to promote our team, new content, organization events, and other corporate news.

· Develop strategies to increase engagement and reach on LinkedIn.

· Assist in managing email campaigns through HubSpot.

· Handle basic scheduling, coordination, and other administrative tasks related to the event.

· Ensure smooth operation and organization of the event logistics.

· Assist with various other administrative tasks as needed.

· Provide support to the team in organizing events, managing schedules, and other day\-to\-day activities.

• *QUALIFICATIONS:**

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Experience with LinkedIn and basic social media management.

· Familiarity with HubSpot or similar email marketing platforms.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus.

Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
