• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a creative and proactive **Marketing Executive** with at least 1 year of experience in digital and field marketing. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media, creating engaging content, supporting branding activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, and contributing to the company’s growth in the Robotics and AI domain.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage social media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and content strategies
• Create posts, reels, short videos, creatives, and marketing materials
• Assist with graphic design and basic video editing using Canva or similar tools
• Conduct field marketing activities, event coordination, and promotional visits
• Support exhibitions, college visits, workshops, and brand awareness activities
• Research trends and suggest content and campaign ideas
• Maintain content calendars and track engagement metrics
• Write captions, marketing content, and promotional copy
• Use AI tools (GPT, Gemini, etc.) for content creation and ideation
• Capture photos/videos during office activities, demos, and events
• Support employer branding and recruitment\-related marketing initiatives

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or social media management
• Good understanding of social media trends and content creation
• Familiarity with Canva and basic editing tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset and ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment
• Willingness to travel for marketing activities and events when required
• Interest in Robotics, AI, or technology is a plus
