Job Title: Campaign \& Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Lonavala / Mumbai

Reports To: Head of Marketing

Vertical: Luxury Real Estate (Townships) \& Experiential Hospitality

Job Purpose

The Campaign Manager will lead, design, and execute comprehensive marketing and promotional campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, lead generation, and high\-footfall engagement for Della’s ultra\-luxury integrated townships, signature designer villas, and high\-end experiential resort verticals in Lonavala. The ideal candidate will seamlessly translate brand concepts into ground\-level BTL activations, events, and hyper\-targeted digital and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Campaign Strategy \& Execution

  • End\-to\-End Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi\-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, Print, OOH, and BTL activations) to drive villa sales, township plot inquiries, and resort footfalls.
  • Township \& Project Launches: Plan and manage targeted promotional roadmaps, pre\-launch teaser campaigns, and launch activations tailored to High\-Net\-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate investors.
  • Lead Generation: Build and optimize high\-converting marketing funnels to generate quality inbound leads for the real estate sales team.

2\. On\-Ground Activations \& Event Marketing

  • Experiential Touchpoints: Coordinate and market premium on\-property events, including VIP walkthroughs, investor meets, influencer visits, and brand collaborations at the Lonavala site.
  • Collateral \& Branding: Oversee the development of on\-site marketing collaterals, signage, brochures, and experiential presentation materials reflecting Della’s high\-design ethos.
  • Vendor \& Agency Supervision: Manage creative, PR, and digital performance marketing agencies to ensure campaign deliverables are aligned with strict brand guidelines and timelines.

4\. Analytics \& Performance Tracking

#### **Job Expectations:**

  • ROI Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of active campaigns using key metrics (CPA, conversion rates, reach, and footfall data).
  • Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on competitor campaigns, high\-end real estate trends, and luxury hospitality marketing shifts to continuously pivot strategies.

Candidate Profile \& Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven track record in campaign management or marketing communications. Experience in Luxury Real Estate, Premium Townships, or 5\-Star Luxury Hospitality/Events is highly preferred.
  • Core Competencies:

o Exceptional understanding of both digital marketing ecosystems and traditional BTL activation mechanics.

o High aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury brand positioning.

o Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high\-stakes campaign deadlines concurrently.

o Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder communication skills
