Job Description (JD)Position: Marketing Manager – B2B Foundry Industry

*Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and industry expertise)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the foundry and casting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement B2B marketing and business development strategies.
Generate and qualify leads from foundries, OEMs, engineering companies, and industrial clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to expand market presence.
Track sales pipelines, customer feedback, and marketing performance metrics.
Support management in achieving revenue and business growth targets.

Required Qualifications

MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, or a relevant discipline.
2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development.
Experience in foundry, casting, metals, industrial products, manufacturing, or engineering sectors is preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent negotiation and client\-handling abilities.
Lead generation and business development expertise.
Market research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Preferred Experience

Knowledge of foundry processes, castings, industrial materials, or manufacturing operations.
Existing network within industrial or engineering sectors will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
