We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Project Manager to oversee landscaping and civil construction projects from tendering to execution and final handover. The candidate will manage project planning, estimation coordination, site execution, client communication, subcontractors, procurement, and project timelines while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
The role requires strong knowledge of landscaping works along with civil construction activities related to infrastructure, hardscape, irrigation, paving, drainage, and government/private tenders.
- *Project Planning \& Execution**
- Manage end\-to\-end execution of landscaping and civil projects.
- Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, clients, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Supervise landscaping activities including softscape and hardscape works.
- Oversee civil works such as pathways, retaining walls, drainage, irrigation networks, paving, fencing, and related infrastructure.
- *Tendering \& Estimation**
- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate preparation of tender submissions for government and private projects.
- Participate in cost estimation, budgeting, and rate analysis.
- Assist management in bid evaluation and contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and contractual obligations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to approved drawings/specifications.
- Resolve technical and execution\-related issues at site.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and billing.
- *Procurement \& Coordination**
- Coordinate procurement of materials, plants, machinery, and equipment.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely material delivery.
- Track inventory and project consumption.
- *Client \& Team Coordination**
- Attend client meetings and provide project status updates.
- Maintain strong communication between office and site teams.
- Lead engineers, supervisors, horticulturists, and subcontractors.
- *Documentation \& Reporting**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly project reports.
- Maintain project documentation including DPRs, billing records, variations, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper measurement and certification of completed works.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and site regulations.
- Maintain compliance with environmental and statutory requirements.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or related field.
- 7\+ years of experience in landscaping and civil project management.
- Experience handling government/private tenders and site execution.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, AutoCAD drawings, project billing, and estimation.
- Knowledge of landscaping materials, irrigation systems, and civil construction practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
