*GKS Infotech** is seeking a results\-driven and creative **Digital Marketing Manager** with 4–5 years of experience to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:**
**Strategy \& Campaign Management:**
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Run integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads.
**SEO \& SEM:**
Implement SEO best practices (on\-page and off\-page) to improve organic rankings.
Manage Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
**Social Media Marketing:**
Manage and grow GKS Infotech’s presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks.
**Analytics \& Optimization:**
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement and ROI tracking.
**Email Marketing \& CRM:**
Create and run email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
Develop lead nurturing workflows and customer retention strategies.
**Content Collaboration:**
Work with designers and content writers to create engaging digital content.
Contribute ideas for blogs, infographics, landing pages, and case studies.
**Trend Monitoring:**
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Test and adopt innovative tools and methods for better campaign performance.
