Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. This role requires a hands\-on, data\-driven strategist who can seamlessly pivot between high\-level brand strategy, local community engagement, and digital execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy \& Execution: Develop and launch end\-to\-end multi\-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and local events) to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Content \& Social Media Management: Oversee the creation of highly engaging content (organic social, video, ad copy) and manage the brand’s online presence.

Local \& Hyper\-Local Marketing: Design targeted, grass\-roots marketing strategies to build deep partnerships, increase local community footprint, and drive regional adoption.

Performance Tracking \& Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and ROI to continuously optimize ad spend and campaign performance.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and development teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product updates, user feedback, and core business goals.

Qualifications

Experience: 3–5\+ years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or growth marketing (experience with tech platforms, apps, or local service marketplaces is a strong plus).

Skills: Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads), SEO/SEM, email marketing automation, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).

Content Savvy: Strong eye for visual storytelling; experience with video generation or basic design tools is highly valued.

Mindset: An entrepreneurial, self\-starter attitude with a proven track record of scaling campaigns on efficient budgets.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
