Mehta Real Estate is expanding into the primary residential market focusing on premium and luxury residential projects. We are looking for an energetic and execution\-focused Marketing Manager to help build and grow this vertical.
Roles \& Responsibilities
Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads
Coordinate with marketing agencies and external vendors
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI
Work closely with presales and sales teams to ensure smooth lead flow
Coordinate project marketing activities and maintain updated inventory information
Track key performance metrics such as leads, site visits, conversions, and cost per lead
Manage CRM updates and prepare regular marketing reports
Coordinate with developers and partners for project updates and marketing activities
Requirements
1–3 years experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment
Preferred Skills
English and Tamil communication skills
Real estate marketing exposure preferred
Strong execution and coordination abilities
