We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Marketplace Manager to own and scale Fitty's (), a brand under the Noguilt Pvt. Ltd., across Quick Commerce platforms and D2C channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving business growth, optimizing digital commerce operations, and managing multiple high\-impact initiatives in a fast\-paced environment. You will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth, improving customer acquisition and retention, optimizing platform performance, and ensuring seamless execution across marketplace operations, merchandising, lifecycle marketing, and performance marketing campaigns while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- *Specifically, this role will involve:**
- Owning end\-to\-end business performance across Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and the company's D2C app.
- Managing product catalog, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and inventory visibility to maximize sales, conversion, and product availability.
- Driving customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat purchase initiatives through data\-driven growth strategies.
- Planning, executing, and optimizing CPC and performance marketing campaigns across Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms to improve traffic, visibility, sales, and ROAS.
- Executing lifecycle marketing campaigns and customer engagement journeys using platforms such as MoEngage, LimeChat, CleverTap, or similar tools.
- Monitoring advertising spend, keyword performance, bidding strategies, and campaign ROI to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to execute growth initiatives and improve channel performance.
- Tracking and owning key business metrics including revenue, GMV, conversion rate, AOV, customer retention, ROAS, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
- Identifying new opportunities to improve customer experience, merchandising effectiveness, and overall digital commerce performance.
- *Ideal candidate will have:**
- 1–3 years of experience in E\-commerce, D2C, Marketplace Operations, Growth Marketing, or Quick Commerce.
- Hands\-on experience managing marketplace or Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar.
- Strong understanding of catalog management, merchandising, CRM, customer retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience running and optimizing marketplace or platform advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
- Ability to independently own business metrics and drive cross\-functional execution.
- Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset and customer\-first approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast\-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
