We are looking for a Testimonial \& Content Coordinator to manage end\-to\-end client transformation testimonials \- from raw data handling and testimonial scripting to video coordination, content planning, editor support, and transformation sourcing. The role requires strong storytelling, coordination, and content management skills to create impactful testimonial and marketing content.
- *Specifically, this role will involve:**
- Create testimonial scripts based on client transformation journeys
- Write self\-story scripts, testimonial questions, VO scripts, and fast\-cut ad scripts
- Develop before/after struggle lines and B\-roll requirements
- Collect, organize, and maintain client transformation data and testimonial records
- Coordinate with editors by sharing scripts, raw clips, references, and content requirements
- Research and shortlist transformation stories based on campaign requirements, medical conditions, region, age, gender, and lifestyle
- Plan testimonial\-based ad content, emotional hooks, Meta ad concepts, and short\-form content ideas
- Coordinate with voice\-over artists for script flow, tone, and emotional delivery
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign\-specific testimonial requirements
- Manage the complete testimonial workflow from scripting to final video deliverables
- *An Ideal candidate will have:**
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good storytelling and scripting ability
- Understanding of emotional storytelling and testimonial content
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with understanding of social media and short\-form content
- Comfort coordinating with editors, sales teams, clients, and VO artists
- Basic understanding of testimonial/ad scripting and content writing
- Experience in content writing, scripting, social media, or creative coordination is a plus
- Understanding of Meta ads, reels, and short\-form content preferred
- Detail\-oriented and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media, English, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
