Job Description

**Develop and execute media strategies** across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and other performance platforms.
**Plan, manage, and optimize advertising budgets** to maximize ROI, ROAS, lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
**Create comprehensive media plans** based on client objectives, target audience insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
**Monitor campaign performance daily** and implement optimization strategies to improve KPIs such as CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
**Lead performance marketing campaigns** across multiple client accounts while ensuring timely delivery and achievement of campaign goals.
**Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights** through platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads.
**Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams** to develop high\-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
**Prepare client reports and presentations**, showcasing campaign performance, insights, recommendations, and future growth opportunities.
**Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies** to maintain a competitive advantage for clients.
**Mentor and manage junior performance marketing executives**, ensuring best practices, process adherence, and continuous team development.
