MIS & Business Analyst

• *Job Title: Business Analyst**

• *Data Analysis \& Reporting Support:**

• Assist in the development of **data reports**, **dashboards**, and **performance metrics** under the guidance of the **MIS \& Business Analyst**.
• Conduct **data collection, cleaning, and validation** to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Support the creation and maintenance of **regular MIS reports** (daily, weekly, monthly) on key business operations, including inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics.

• *2\. Business Intelligence Tool Support:**

• Work with **business intelligence tools** (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to help build **data visualizations** and **interactive dashboards**.
• Assist in **data extraction** and building queries for reporting purposes using tools like **SQL** and **Excel**.
• Ensure that all data reports and dashboards are updated and aligned with business requirements.

• *3\. Operational Process Assistance:**

• Gain exposure to the **3PL healthcare operations**, including logistics, warehouse management, and cold chain processes.
• Support the team in analyzing data from operational systems and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Help in **monitoring operational KPIs** to identify trends and anomalies, providing insights for decision\-making.

• *4\. Collaboration \& Communication:**

• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain, IT) to ensure business needs are met through data\-driven insights.
• Present basic findings and insights to the **MIS \& Business Analyst Head** for further analysis and reporting.

• *5\. Continuous Learning \& Development:**

• Continuously improve analytical skills and knowledge of the **3PL healthcare sector**.
• Participate in team meetings and **knowledge\-sharing sessions** to develop your understanding of the business and data analysis tools.

• *Key Requirements:**

• **1\-3 years of experience** in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Exposure to **business intelligence tools** such as **Power BI, Tableau, etc**.
• Basic understanding of **SQL** and data management principles.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage data efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to present data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work in a **team\-oriented environment**, with the capacity to collaborate and learn quickly.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field**.
• Basic knowledge of **logistics or 3PL operations**.
• Familiarity with **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
