Non-Voice(Fresher) - Day Shift

• *Role \& responsibilities:**

• Reconcile payments received against billed charges to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Receive and review electronic remittance advice (ERAs) and paper explanation of benefits (EOBs) from insurance companies.
• Accurately post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts in the practice management system.
• Generate and distribute reports related to payment posting activities, including monthly reconciliation summaries.
• Collaborate with other departments, including billing, coding to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Unallocated payments posted in MISC or Suspense or Unapplied should be follow\-up with client for payor portal or else need to coordinate with AR team.
• Uncashed Payments remittance in ERA should be follow\-up with AR team.

• *Preferred candidate profile:**

• Any Graduate (2024 – 2026\), Degree Mandatory
• Decent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
