Operations & Business Development Manager

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Study Abroad, Immigration, Education Consultancy, Sales, Operations, or Team Management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage telecallers, counselors, and support staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client handling and relationship management abilities.
• Experience with lead generation, follow\-ups, and conversion management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Target\-driven with a focus on achieving admissions and revenue goals.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth initiatives.
• Professional, organized, and detail\-oriented approach to work.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in managing a Study Abroad or Immigration Consultancy office.
• Knowledge of UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Europe admissions processes.
• Experience in digital marketing coordination and business development.
• Experience in staff training and performance management.
