Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Operations Manager** to oversee the overall operations of the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning, deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage departmental teams, optimize operational efficiency, and achieve business and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Maintenance, Security, and Recreation teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high hospitality and service standards.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and revenue performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Sales and Reservations teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department heads and operational staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, fire, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and management reports.
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and business partners.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision\-making abilities.
- In\-depth knowledge of resort and hospitality operations.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as IDS or similar.
- Strong financial, budgeting, and cost\-control skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- **5–8 years** of experience in hotel or resort operations, with at least **2–3 years in a managerial role**.
- Experience in luxury resorts, boutique resorts, or hospitality properties is preferred.

- Guest\-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational schedules.
- Ability to lead cross\-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
