Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, increasing revenue, and achieving business targets through B2B and B2C sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, travel agents, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, visa services, flight bookings, and other travel solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high\-value business deals.
- Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Represent the company at travel exhibitions, networking events, and corporate meetings.
Required Skills

- Knowledge of domestic and international travel products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- **8\-12 years** of experience in travel and tourism sales, with at least 4 **years in a managerial role**.
- Experience in B2B sales, corporate travel, or destination management is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Strong network within the travel and tourism industry.
- Customer\-focused with excellent relationship\-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious sales targets.
Pay: ₹55,000\.00 \- ₹75,000\.00 per month
