Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Operations Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our villa/resort. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning across all departments, maintain exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, optimize operational efficiency, and drive overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the villa/resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, Maintenance, and Security teams.
  • Ensure high standards of guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
  • Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and operational performance.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the Reservations and Sales teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance, training, and discipline.
  • Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
  • Prepare operational reports, occupancy reports, and performance analyses for management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel/resort operations and hospitality standards.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as IDS or similar software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • **4–8 years** of experience in hotel, resort, or villa operations, with at least **2 years in a supervisory or managerial role**.
  • Experience managing luxury villas, boutique resorts, or hospitality properties will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

  • Guest\-focused with a strong service mindset.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and result\-oriented.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts when required.
  • Capable of leading cross\-functional teams and maintaining operational excellence.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
