OTA Sales : Hotel/Resort

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented OTA Sales Executive to manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms, optimize room inventory, maximize online bookings, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hotel booking platforms and a strong understanding of online distribution strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage hotel listings and inventory across OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, and others.
• Update room rates, availability, promotions, and packages on OTA channels.
• Monitor daily online bookings and ensure reservation accuracy.
• Optimize hotel visibility, rankings, and performance on OTA platforms.
• Coordinate with the reservations, front office, and revenue teams for seamless booking management.
• Analyze booking trends, occupancy reports, and competitor pricing.
• Resolve OTA\-related issues, guest booking discrepancies, and channel connectivity concerns.
• Maintain rate parity across all online distribution channels.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase online sales.
• Generate regular reports on OTA performance, revenue, and occupancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with OTA account managers.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel management systems.
• Understanding of hotel reservation systems (PMS/CRS) and revenue management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
