P4 – Product Manager, Quality & Compliance

We are looking for a \*Product Manager – Quality \& Compliance\* to coordinate the development, documentation, validation and regulatory readiness of advanced UAV products.

• *Experience:** 2–5 Years

• *Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA / Project Management / Quality certification is an added advantage.

The role will act as the bridge between \*engineering, testing, manufacturing, vendors, customers and regulatory requirements\*, ensuring that the UAV product moves from prototype to a controlled, testable and deployable system.

• **Key Responsibilities**

\- Own product requirements, specifications, configuration and release documentation.

\- Convert customer and mission requirements into structured engineering requirements.

\- Coordinate across propulsion, airframe, avionics, software, manufacturing and testing teams.

\- Maintain product roadmap, development milestones and technical deliverables.

\- Track engineering changes, design revisions and configuration baselines.

\- Develop and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Interface Control Documents (ICD) and compliance matrices.

\- Establish product\-level verification and validation plans.

\- Coordinate prototype testing, subsystem testing, ground testing and flight\-testing activities.

\- Ensure traceability from requirement to design, test evidence and final acceptance.

\- Develop quality processes for incoming inspection, assembly, integration and final product release.

\- Implement inspection checklists, quality gates and acceptance criteria.

\- Maintain Non\-Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and root\-cause\-analysis records.

\- Support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), risk registers and reliability improvement activities.

\- Coordinate supplier quality and vendor qualification.

\- Maintain Bills of Material, approved vendor lists and configuration\-controlled documentation.

\- Support preparation of Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing instructions and test procedures.

\- Establish document\-control and engineering\-change\-control processes.

\- Coordinate product certification, regulatory documentation and compliance activities.

\- Track applicable UAV, aviation, manufacturing, quality and safety standards.

\- Support customer demonstrations, technical reviews and product acceptance.

\- Coordinate documentation required for tender, procurement and customer qualification.

\- Maintain product lifecycle records from concept through production and field support.

\- Track field failures, customer feedback and product\-improvement actions.
