• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, Nintex Workflow.
• Experience in designing and implementing low\-code solutions to streamline business processes.
• Familiarity with integrating applications using standard APIs and connectors.
• Ability to manage application lifecycle including deployment, updates, and rollback procedures.
• Strong problem\-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
• Understanding of system compatibility and performance optimization techniques.
