Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 3\+ years of hands\-on

experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook \& Instagram)

and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook \&

Instagram) and Google Ads

Conduct keyword research and audience research for campaign optimization

Set up and optimize Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns

Monitor campaign performance, Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and

targeting strategies.

Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, Coordinate with the creative

team for ad creatives and copy suggestions.

Required Skills

Hands\-on experience with Meta Business Manager \& Google Ads Manager

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics

Understanding of performance marketing metrics, strong analytical and reporting

skills.

Ability to optimize campaigns independently

Basic understanding of funnel strategy and retargeting.

Self\-motivated, results\-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a

team environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

●

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in paid advertising

●

Experience in e\-commerce, SaaS based product, EdTech campaigns

●

Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint

●

Experience with conversion tracking setup.
