• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a **Patient Calling Executive** to handle patient communication for US healthcare clients. The role involves making and receiving patient calls, assisting with appointments, follow\-ups, and providing accurate information while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle **inbound and outbound patient calls** professionally.
• Assist patients with appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and follow\-ups.
• Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services and patient requirements.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve patient queries.
• Maintain accurate patient information and call records in the **EHR/CRM system**.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, referrals, test results, or other assigned requirements.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with **HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards**.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and call\-handling targets.

• *Requirements**

• Good **English communication and interpersonal skills**.
• Strong listening and customer\-handling skills.
• Experience in **US healthcare, patient calling, or healthcare BPO** preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in **US/night shifts**.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
