Swaaz Media is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in social media marketing, content creation, branding, and performance marketing. We work with brands across multiple industries to build their online presence and create impactful digital campaigns.

• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and execute digital campaigns across platforms like Google and social media. This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of digital marketing and a strong analytical mindset.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in planning and executing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Track and report key metrics like CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.
• Support in A/B testing of ads and landing pages
• Work closely with the content and design team for ad creatives
• Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing

• *Requirements:**

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager (preferred)
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast\-paced environment

• *Eligibility:**

• Freshers or candidates with **0–3 months experience** in digital marketing
• Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus
