Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive/Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in managing Google Ads and E\-Commerce campaigns. Candidates with around 2 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing E\-Commerce campaigns to drive sales, revenue growth, and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for E\-Commerce brands.
• Manage Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
• Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and E\-Commerce campaigns.
• Experience managing acquisition and remarketing campaigns.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
