We are looking for a results\-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate high\-quality leads and maximize ROI.

• *Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, create, and manage campaigns across

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram)
• Perform **keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis**
• Optimize campaigns regularly for:
• CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Conversion rate improvement
• Set up and manage:
• Conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)
• Remarketing and retargeting campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare **weekly/monthly reports**
• Conduct **A/B testing** for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Work closely with design and content teams for ad creatives
• Manage budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns
• Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies

* Proven experience in

• Google Ads (minimum 2–4 years)
• Meta Ads Manager
• Strong understanding of:
• Bidding strategies (Manual CPC, Max Conversions, tCPA, tROAS)
• Audience segmentation \& funnel strategy
• Hands\-on experience with:
• Google Analytics (GA4\)
• Google Tag Manager
• Conversion tracking \& pixel setup
• Ability to analyze data and make data\-driven decisions
• Good understanding of landing page optimization
• Strong communication and reporting skills
