Placement Manager

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, companies, and recruiters.
• Identify and generate placement opportunities for students.
• Coordinate interviews between employers and candidates.
• Follow up with recruiters and candidates regarding interview status and joining.
• Guide students on placement procedures and job opportunities.
• Maintain student and placement records accurately.
• Prepare daily and monthly placement reports.
• Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, and walk\-in interviews.
• Work closely with the training and academic teams to ensure student placement readiness.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, HR, or business development (preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
