Training Manager

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end academic operations for classroom and online batches.
• Plan and coordinate student onboarding, batch scheduling, and orientations.
• Allocate trainers and ensure timely completion of the curriculum.
• Coordinate with industry experts, update curriculum, prepare lesson plans, and ensure effective execution.
• Monitor lesson plans, attendance, assessments, examinations, and certifications.
• Handle student support, grievance resolution, and ensure a positive learning experience.
• Evaluate trainer performance, arrange substitute trainers, and support trainer development.
• Support recruitment, appraisals, and performance management of trainers.
• Coordinate with vendors for learning materials, printing, LMS, certificates, and maintain vendor records.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Accounts, and Placement teams for smooth academic operations.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Conduct quality audits, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Min 3 Years Experience in academic operations, education management, training coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Ambalathara, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
