Regional Sales Manager

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *1\. Leadership and Team Development:**

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Foster a collaborative and high\-performance sales culture.

• *2\. Sales Strategy and Planning:**

• Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Identify target markets and create plans for penetrating new markets and expanding customer acquisition efforts.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to position the company competitively.

• *3\. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:**

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Actively participate in high\-stakes sales presentations and negotiations.

• *4\. Performance Tracking and Reporting:**

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure team objectives are met.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and analyze data.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
