Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Plant Head** to lead end\-to\-end manufacturing operations at a modern production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plant management, production planning, Lean Manufacturing, automation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Dispatch, and Inventory.
• Develop and execute production plans to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, TPM, OEE, and Continuous Improvement.
• Optimize productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage production planning, WIP, material flow, and inventory control.
• Oversee CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, robotic welding, powder coating, and assembly operations.
• Ensure machine uptime through preventive maintenance and effective resource planning.
• Lead and mentor a workforce of 100\+ employees across multiple shifts.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and workplace safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Design, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely production and dispatch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• Master's degree or Lean Manufacturing certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• 12–18 years of experience in manufacturing and plant operations.
• Experience handling complete factory operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large production teams.
• Hands\-on exposure to advanced manufacturing processes and automation.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
