We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result\-oriented Pre\-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers through outbound calls, introducing the company's products and services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship\-building abilities, and a customer\-focused approach.
\*Key Responsibilities\*
\* Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products and services.
\* Effectively present and explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
\* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to support the sales process.
\* Gather, record, and maintain accurate information regarding customer requirements, preferences, and feedback.
\* Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure timely follow\-up on leads.
\* Address customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions to concerns.
\* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead status.
\* Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
\* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
\*Required Skills \& Qualifications\*
\* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
\* Proven experience in outbound calling, telecalling, pre\-sales, or sales\-related roles.
\* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in at least one of the following languages is mandatory
\*Malayalam\*
\*Tamil\*
\*Kannada\*
\* Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
\* Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and proactive in approach.
\* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
\* Good customer handling and problem\-solving abilities.
\* Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
\*Preferred Candidate Profile\*
\* Candidates with experience in Pre\-Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Customer Engagement, or Sales Support.
\* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
\* Comfortable working in a fast\-paced and target\-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
