Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Conduct POSH awareness and sensitization training sessions for employees, managers, and leadership teams.
  • Deliver Internal Committee (IC) member training in accordance with the POSH Act, 2013\.
  • Design and customize training modules, presentations, case studies, assessments, and learning materials.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and workshop\-based training programs across multiple client locations.
  • Educate employees on workplace behavior, reporting mechanisms, rights, and responsibilities under the POSH Act.
  • Conduct interactive sessions using real\-life scenarios, role plays, and case studies.
  • Support organizations in strengthening POSH compliance and awareness initiatives.
  • Maintain training records, attendance reports, feedback, and completion certificates.
  • Stay updated with the latest legal developments, case laws, and compliance requirements related to the POSH Act.
  • Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams for effective program delivery.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Strong knowledge of the POSH Act, 2013 and related workplace compliance requirements.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to engage audiences through interactive learning techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi will be an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Office, and virtual training platforms (Microsoft Teams/Zoom).
  • *Eligibility**
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in POSH Training or Train\-the\-Trainer (TTT) is preferred.
  • 3–8 years of experience conducting POSH training, employee awareness programs, or workplace compliance sessions.
  • Prior experience working with corporates, educational institutions, manufacturing, or IT organizations is preferred.
  • Candidates with HR, Legal, Employee Relations, Learning \& Development, or Compliance backgrounds will be given

Pay: ₹9,434\.44 \- ₹39,666\.22 per month
