Job Description
Conduct outbound calling and prospecting to law firms, corporate legal teams, and individual legal practitioners.
Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and relationship building.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, research, networking, and other outbound sales activities.
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of the Legal AI SaaS platform.
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally to drive successful conversions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow\-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales, outreach, and qualified lead targets.
Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product enhancement and sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
MBA (Freshers) or Graduate with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Customer\-facing roles.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with prospective customers.
Basic understanding of SaaS products or willingness to learn technology solutions quickly.
Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and comfortable working in a performance\-oriented environment.
Good presentation and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle.
Experience with sales automation, email outreach, or lead generation tools.
Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Internship or prior exposure to SaaS, IT, or product sales will be an added advantage.
