Phoenix Udyog Pvt Ltd is recruiting an experienced Production Head to lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing at our sheet metal fabrication unit. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in electrical panel production and hands-on experience with laser cutting, turret punching, forming, welding, and powder coating processes. Key responsibilities include directing daily operations to meet production targets, planning and monitoring schedules for on-time delivery, optimizing the use of machinery, personnel, and materials, implementing robust quality control measures, coordinating with planning, design, procurement, and dispatch teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to oversee end-to-end manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment.
