Maintenance Head

Phoenix Udyog Pvt Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Head to oversee the maintenance of sheet metal fabrication machinery, encompassing preventive, predictive, and breakdown repairs. The ideal candidate must possess thorough technical knowledge of power presses and associated fabrication equipment. Responsibilities include ensuring all production machinery operates smoothly, planning and implementing maintenance schedules, handling breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime, and maintaining equipment such as power presses, laser cutting machines, turret punching machines, bending machines, welding equipment, compressors, and powder coating plants. The role also involves managing spare parts inventory, controlling maintenance costs, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise to maintain operational efficiency in an industrial environment.
