Job Title: HR \& Admin Manager

Role Summary
The HR \& Admin Manager will be responsible for end\-to\-end Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, Administration, Government Liaison, Customer HO Coordination, Billing as per production SKUs, and overall workforce productivity management of the FMCG packaging unit. The role ensures smooth plant operations through robust HR systems, compliance adherence, and effective coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Statutory Compliance \& Legal Management
Ensure compliance with all applicable Central \& State labour laws and factory regulations.
Factories Act
EPF, ESIC
Minimum Wages Act
Payment of Wages Act
Bonus Act
Gratuity Act
Contract Labour (Regulation \& Abolition) Act
POSH Act
Shops \& Establishment Act (if applicable)
Haryana Labour Laws
Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.
Maintain statutory registers and records (physical \& digital).
Timely filing of returns and renewal of licenses.
Handle legal notices and represent management during inspections.
2\. Industrial Relations (IR) \& Workforce Management
Maintain healthy IR climate at the plant.
Handle disciplinary cases, domestic enquiries, and grievance redressal.
Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.
Engage with unions (if applicable).
Ensure adherence to standing orders and company policies.
Support wage negotiations and settlements (if required).
3\. Government Liaison
Labour Department
PF \& ESIC Offices

Ensure timely approvals, renewals, and clearances.
Maintain cordial relations with statutory authorities.
4\. Customer HO Coordination \& Billing
Manpower deployment confirmation
Productivity tracking

Agreed rates and productivity norms
Maintain production and billing records aligned with customer contracts.
Ensure timely submission and follow\-up for payment realization.
5\. Talent Acquisition \& Manpower Planning
Plan manpower requirement as per production forecasts.
Blue collar workforce
Supervisors
Plant support staff
Vendor development for manpower sourcing.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation.
Maintain workforce database and attrition analysis.
6\. Payroll \& Compensation Management
Manage monthly payroll processing (workers \& staff).
Attendance \& overtime
Statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS)
Bonus and incentives
Coordinate full \& final settlements.
Ensure compliance with wage structures as per minimum wages notifications.
Handle payroll audits.
7\. Productivity \& Performance Management
Monitor manpower productivity as per SKU\-wise output norms.
Implement performance tracking systems.
Manpower optimization
Cost control
Absenteeism reduction
Suggest improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
8\. Training \& Development
Identify training needs across levels.
Conduct induction programs for new joiners.
Arrange statutory and safety training.
Implement skill development programs for packaging operations.
Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
9\. Administration \& Facility Management
Oversee plant administration and facility upkeep.
Manage security, housekeeping, canteen, and transport vendors.
Maintain employee welfare facilities.
Ensure safety and hygiene standards in coordination with EHS team.
Asset and inventory control for admin\-related materials.
10\. Record Management \& Documentation
Maintain employee personal files and digital records.
Maintain statutory registers and attendance records.
Document policies, SOPs, and compliance files.
Ensure data confidentiality and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW / Equivalent
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing / FMCG / Packaging Industry
Strong knowledge of NCR labour laws (Haryana / UP jurisdiction preferred)

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
