• *Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering
• *Salary:** ₹60,000–85,000 per month

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and manage daily production across CNC, VMC and assembly operations.
• Prepare production schedules as per delivery commitments.
• Manage manpower, machine utilisation and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality and Stores departments.
• Minimise rejection, rework and machine idle time.
• Prepare production MIS reports for management.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards.

• *Required Skills:**

• Knowledge of CNC programming, tooling and process planning.
• Understanding of cycle\-time estimation.
• Experience in ERP\-based production planning.
• Knowledge of ERP/Inventory software and MS Excel.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
