- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among cross\-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Strong capability in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution.
