Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices related to program delivery.
• Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.
• Ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights for decision\-making.
• Skilled in risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Competence in coordinating cross\-functional teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
