• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow HRSD modules to streamline HR processes.
• Ability to analyze and improve workflows within the ServiceNow platform to enhance service delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and their application within ServiceNow environments.
• Capability to collaborate with technical and non\-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
