Programme Lead - Digital Adoption

• Strong command of data analytics, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and performance trackers in a clear, attractive, and effective manner.
• Monitor app adoption, user engagement, activation, and usage metrics to identify gaps and improve platform adoption.
• Analyse adoption performance and develop strategies to increase user engagement and encourage regular app usage.
• Maintain structured records, track KPIs, and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate team members to achieve adoption targets and improve overall performance.
• Present data\-driven insights and performance reports to management to support decision\-making.
• Identify operational challenges, improve processes, and implement strategies to enhance digital adoption and engagement.

Pay: ₹650,000\.00 \- ₹700,000\.00 per year
