Project Head: Residential

• *Job Summary**

The Project Head is responsible for leading and managing end\-to\-end execution of residential construction projects from planning and budgeting to completion and handover. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of residential construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Oversee site execution, construction methodologies, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, local building codes, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Review project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Monitor contractor performance, certify bills, and ensure timely project payments.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, project review meetings, and progress reporting to senior management.
• Ensure effective quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor project managers, site engineers, and cross\-functional project teams.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, handover processes, and client coordination.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management is preferred.
• 12–18 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 5 years in a senior project leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of high\-rise residential construction, project planning, contract management, and statutory approvals.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems is preferred.
