- *Purpose of this position / Position summary**
The Global Business Excellence and Strategic Project Team is seeking a detail\-oriented Junior Global Business Excellence Project Manager to support the planning execution and monitoring of a small and mid\-scale projects While progressively building the capability to independently manage projects end to end. The role focuses on strengthening planning stakeholder management and communication skills over time
- Project Scope: Small to mid\-scale projects or defined workstreams
- Number of Projects: Typically 1–3 projects or multiple workstreams concurrently
- Geographical Scope: May involve coordination with global or cross\-regional teams
- Stakeholder Complexity: Cross\-functional teams with varying priorities and dependencies
- *Primary duties and responsibilities**
- Support end\-to\-end project coordination for defined workstreams or smaller projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and tracking tools
- Coordinate with cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure timely task completion
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation actions
- Ensure timely and structured communication of project updates, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare presentations and reports for governance and stakeholder reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation of decisions, actions, and project changes
- Track deliverables against timelines and highlight deviations proactively

- Gradually take ownership of larger workstreams and smaller projects with increasing independence
- Contribute to project planning, including defining timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Build stronger stakeholder alignment across functions and geographies

- Deliver clear, structured communication tailored to different stakeholder levels

- *Education requirements / Experience / Job Specifications**
- *Education / Professional Certification**
Bachelor's degree in management engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
Certification in project management is preferable (e.g. CAPM or PMP etc.)
2\-4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
- *Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics**
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Ms. office especially PowerPoint in excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Ms Project)
- Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
