We are calling applicants on behalf of a widely recognized organization for executing large\-scale infrastructure projects, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the technical aspects of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving architectural plans, structural designs, and MEP drawings, as well as managing project documents and coordinating with stakeholders. - Reviewing and approving architectural plans, structural designs, and MEP drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and constructability
- Managing critical project documents, including Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawings, submittals, and as\-built drawings
- Conducting regular site visits to oversee execution and resolving technical site issues or discrepancies
- Implementing quality assurance procedures and regular inspections to ensure all work meets building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinating between architects, design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aligned with the technical requirements
- Assisting the Project Manager or Planning Engineer in creating and updating detailed project timelines, specifically for technical milestones
- Supporting the process of obtaining necessary building permits and ensuring the project remains compliant with local and environmental regulations
- Preparing technical progress reports, daily site logs, and meeting minutes to keep senior management and clients informed of on\-site developments
- *Requirements / Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree
- 4\-5 years of relevant experience in project management and technical design review
- Expert knowledge of engineering principles, building codes, and structural integrity
- Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to quickly address field\-related engineering challenges
- Hands\-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and project management tools like MS Project or Procore
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with architects, design consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
